Refund and Cancellation Policy

Sky Shuttle Ride publishes free editorial guidance. This policy sets out how refunds and cancellations work in that context and where to go when a transport operator is involved.

Last updated: 1 February 2026

1. What we provide

Sky Shuttle Ride LLC is an editorial publisher. Every guide on this site is free to read. We do not sell tickets, take bookings, operate vehicles or process payments for transport services, so in the normal course there is nothing to refund or cancel.

2. Bookings made with third parties

When a guide describes a train, bus, taxi, shuttle or private transfer, any purchase you make is a contract between you and that operator. Their refund and cancellation terms apply, including any deadlines, fees or non refundable fares. We cannot amend, cancel or refund a booking made with a third party, and we are not able to intervene in a dispute on your behalf.

Before you book with an operator, check the cancellation window, whether the fare is flexible, what happens if your flight is delayed, and how to reach the operator on the day of travel.

3. Paid services offered directly by us

If we ever offer a paid product or service directly, such as a downloadable guide or a subscription, the following applies unless different terms are shown at the point of purchase.

  • You may cancel within fourteen days of purchase for a full refund, provided a digital product has not been substantially downloaded or consumed.
  • Recurring subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will remain active until the end of the paid period. We do not pro rate part periods.
  • Where a payment was taken in error or duplicated, we refund the full amount as soon as the error is confirmed.

4. How to request a refund

Email info@skyshuttleride.com with the purchase date, the amount, the email address used and a short description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge within two working days and to resolve valid requests within ten working days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

5. Missed connections and travel disruption

Our guidance describes typical conditions and is intended to help you plan sensible buffers. It is not a guarantee of journey time. We are not liable for missed flights, sailings or connections, and any compensation for disruption is a matter for the operator, your travel insurer or the relevant passenger rights scheme.
