Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Sky Shuttle Ride LLC collects when you read our guides or contact us, and how that information is used.
Last updated: 1 February 2026
1. Who we are
Sky Shuttle Ride LLC publishes editorial travel guidance at skyshuttleride.com. We are the controller of any personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at info@skyshuttleride.com or by post at 1201 N Orange St, Suite 7160, Wilmington, DE 19801, United States.
2. Information we collect
We keep data collection to the minimum a publisher needs. In practice this means three categories.
- Correspondence: if you email us or use a contact route, we hold your name, email address and the content of your message so we can reply.
- Technical data: standard server and content delivery logs such as IP address, browser type, referring page and the time of the request.
- Aggregate usage: privacy respecting measurement of which pages are read, used to decide which guides to write and update.
We do not operate accounts, we do not take bookings and we never ask for or store payment card details.
3. Why we use it
We process this information to reply to your messages, to keep the site secure and available, to understand which guidance readers find useful, and to comply with legal obligations. Our lawful bases are legitimate interests for site operation and measurement, consent where you have given it, and legal obligation where applicable.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site, such as hosting, content delivery, email and analytics providers, and only to the extent needed to deliver that service. We may disclose information where required by law.
5. Retention
Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your query and for a reasonable period afterwards for reference. Technical logs are retained for a short period for security and troubleshooting. Aggregate usage data holds no directly identifying information.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. To exercise a right, email info@skyshuttleride.com and we will respond within the period required by applicable law.
7. International transfers
Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where that happens we rely on recognised safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect the information.
8. Children
The site is intended for adults planning travel. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site evolves. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised, and material changes will be highlighted on the page.
